Refund Policy

  • Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you have changed your mind.
  • We are happy to exchange the goods within 14 days from the time of invoice, providing the goods are in original condition not been worn or decorated.
  • If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligation under Consumer Guarantees Act to provide the remedy.
  • Customer is liable to pay the freight to send back unless the goods were wrongly supplied or damaged.
  • Sale items won’t be accepted for a return unless it’s faulty.
